Our name and our vision are rooted in multiple generations of real estate developers in the Prock family that have come before us, and we are privileged to carry on their legacy. Leadership

Bo Prock | Co-Founder & Partner

Bo has nearly a decade of industrial real estate experience. He has led the acquisition and development of millions of square feet of industrial assets in Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Salt Lake City on behalf of Pacific Industrial, where he was the Director of Acquisitions.

In total, he spearheaded $1 billion worth of transactions including large land developments and acquisitions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $200 million. He has worked closely with various cities, agencies, and utility companies to get projects entitled, built, and leased.

Prior to Pacific Industrial, Bo worked at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment bank, underwriting and executing property sales, loans, and recapitalizations primarily in the industrial sector across the United States.

Currently, Bo lives in Palos Verdes, California with his wife, Brooke, and their two little kids.

Ben Prock | Co-Founder & Partner

Ben has spent his career at the crossroads of technology and real estate. Most recently, he was the Director of Acquisitions & Development at Atmosphere Data Centers, where he helped drive due diligence, transaction execution, and pre-development for multibillion-dollar facilities across the U.S. In this role, he navigated a variety of complex jurisdictional issues, entitlement challenges, and utilities.

Prior to Atmosphere, Ben worked at Microsoft in Mergers & Acquisitions and Data Centers, conducting diligence, underwriting, and deal execution for over $1.5 billion of closed transactions.

Ben lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife, Lindsay.
